  I have had consistent outages, problems with the hardware(3 replacement routers later) we fixed it ourselves,we have increased the gigs on the data cap and the speed and have seen no performance increase just a raise in our monthly bill. The have the monopoly here in my town, being the only choice. Of course they can afford to offer sub par service at premium prices.
