  I've been using Rid X for two years now and have to share how satisfied I have been, especially with their technician, Ryan. He faithfully gives me a call the day prior to my bimonthly service date so I can make any preparations and let my tenants at my rental house know to expect him. Today he let me know that the water supply line to the evaporative cooler at my rental was broken (my fault for reusing a line that sat connected all winter rather than replacing it), giving me a heads up that saved me from any further damage. He's through in how and where he sprays in our yard, always asks about any problems we may be having and offers to spray the inside (he worked with us with an annoying ant problem at our brand new house), doesn't seem to shortcut anything and is an absolute gentleman on the phone and in person. If every service out there was done as professionally as Ryan does it on behalf of Rid X then I'd be hiring out a lot more of the various household duties that homeowners have to take care of.
  
  Bottom line, have Ryan at Rid X take care of all of your pest problems!
